Welcome Joey to our rescue.  Joey has been through a traumatic experience.  Some heartless person through him out of a car!!  Can you imagine how scared he was?  However, that did not slow Joey down.  This guy is very outgoing and has lots to say, and says it with adorable "meows" (probably trying to describe the lowlife that tossed him in the road).  He is very playful and likes to be held in your arms.  Joey is one resilient and beautiful cat, with a lovely soft colored coat.  Won't you consider opening your home and your heart to this adorable boy?
