Guinness has a sad story and needs a happy ending. Our rescue responded to a voice mail that an injured black cat needed to be rescued. We were told that he was also being bullied by the other cats outside. His right eye needed to be taken out due to an old injury to it and he needed to get fixed. Other than that he was in pretty good shape. Guinness is a bit shy with new people, but will warm up quickly. He purrs as soon as you start petting him. He will come and sit on your lap occasionally, but prefers to lay right next to you and enjoy pets from you. Guinness doesn’t mind to be picked up and you can even hold him like a baby. This guy needs to be the only cat in a home without small children. We are unsure how he would do with dogs. Please help give Guinness his happy ending. You can view some of our adoptable cats and kittens during store hours at the Commerce Petsmart on the west side of Haggerty Road just north of 14 Mile Road.
