This is Shika, which in Chinese means "deer". A little shy at first but warms up quickly.  She is sweet, gentle and loving. While purring she waits for her turn to get attention. She loves toys and playing with you. Sleeping on your lap is a plus. A window to "study" the outdoors is fun too.  

In China, black cats are thought to bring luck and prosperity. For a single woman a black cat will bring in many good suitors. For a bride she will have good luck in her marriage.
