Rallph was rescued with another kitty from a mobile home community.  He is a handsome boy who loves to play and get attention!  He is never far from his foster.  He will lay on the floor next to her chair while she works.  He loves to chase springs and ping pong balls across the floor and wrestle with his fellow foster kitty.  Rallph would do best with another cat that likes to play or with someone who will play with him.  Rallph loves to sleep with his people and will sit on your lap and cuddle.
