Charlie came to us due to his owner's passing.  The daughter has been caring for him but cannot keep him so he is looking for his next "purr-son".  This is what the current caretaker has said about Charlie. "If he's the only pet, he's very affectionate, loves to lie down on my laptop and purr while I'm working, lie on my phone or eReader at bedtime, etc. He does not get along with dogs and I am unaware of how he does with other cats. My mother, who recently passed away, got him from another elderly lady who also had only one cat" His vet said he could stand to lose some weight and he is on a kidney friendly diet.  He was also front-paw declawed.  This boy has lost 2 of his owners and would be a great addition to a loving household.
