By completing this application, you understand and agree that if approved to foster, you must abide by the rules of the rescue.  You understand that the cats and/or kittens that you foster, whether rescued by yourself or someone else in the rescue, are owned by the For the Love of Cats rescue.  You may choose to apply to adopt one or more of your fosters and if approved, must pay the adoption fee within the timeframe given by the approver.  You must take the cat/kittens for vaccinations, dewormer, and spay/neuter according to the guidelines in the Foster Packet.  Should the Rescue tell you to return the cats/kittens, you must do so within the timeframe given or legal action can be taken.
